Homeschool - Using Your Curriculum

Is this solution right for my family?

  • You have the freedom to choose the curriculum you will use with your child.
  • Parents take on the role of the teacher by creating lesson plans, maintaining activity logs, determining reading materials, and developing portfolios of work samples for the annual review of your home school program at the district office.
  • Your family purchases the curriculum.
  • Flexible scheduling allows you to begin a home school program at any point during the year.
  • At the end of 12th grade, your child may obtain a GED.
  • This is not considered a diploma track program, because district and state assessments are not required. However, credits from this program are fully transferable to the diploma track program or physical schools.
