Mr. Heath started teaching at Tyndall Elementary. After the birth of his first child he moved to teach with his wife at Springfield Elementary where he remained until Hurricane Michael destroyed parts of the school and it was closed. He finished that year at Cedar Grove and then moved to Hiland Park Elementary, which was pretty neat because he attended there as a child. He was voted Teacher of The Year at Springfield in 2018. I guess that makes him the final one for that school unless and until it is rebuilt. He and his wife have two children and a dog. He enjoys spending time with them and in the woods enjoying nature. His favorite subjects are reading and science.
