Mr. Breland has been teaching for 23 years (all In Bay County). He graduated from The University Of West Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education K-12. He is married to his best friend Debbie Breland, who is also a Bay District Schools teacher. He has been voted by my peers as Teacher of The Year twice in my career (Oakland Terrace, Hiland Park). Debbie and I have 4 children and 1 dog. We love kayaking, going to the beach and enjoying all the outdoors.
